Garlic Knots
Made fresh every day — pulled, knotted, baked, drowned in butter and garlic. People drive across town for these.
Hand-Tossed Pies
Dough stretched by hand. House-made sauce. Real mozzarella. Baked until the bottom snaps clean.
Calzones & Strombolis
Stuffed, sealed, blistered in the oven. Served with marinara for dipping. Two-person big.
Hoagies, Subs & Salads
Toasted Italian hoagies, Philly cheese steaks, crisp Greek and Cobb salads. Pizza isn't the only thing we do.

A four-booth shop on Seaman Drive — that's where we started.
We opened in 1996 with four booths, a couple of ovens, and a stubborn belief that good pizza didn't have to come out of a chain. Word got around. We outgrew the place.
In 2012 we moved to a bigger room on West Washington — 60 seats, a covered patio, a full bar, and a drive-thru window so you don't even have to leave the car. The pizza didn't change. We just made room for more of you.
